Jay made an interesting observation on mother's day, he said, "it's amazing how he trusts me like this" I said he's got no reason not to. It's really amazing that this little boy has never had to question anyone. Nobody has let him down, so he trusts. I hope I never violate his trust. I hope no one else does either. 

It's my very first mother's day as a mother. :) Hudson has made my whole world bloom into life. I am so thankful for him and the joy he brings our family!

So, I've decided to write more on the blog. Pictures are great, but I realized that it isn't as exciting as the stories. For example, and be glad there is no pictures with this, yesterday Hudson had a blow-out. Yes, a blow out, which he's done several times in the past, but yesterday it was different. He's begun to roll and squirm on his changing table alot and it isn't normally a problem, but with a yucky poopy onesie and diaper, he ended up getting poo every where. I yelled to Jason to start running a bath for him, but it only got worse as Hudson proceeded to roll around in it. Yuck... But we got him all washed off and he was happy again.... He sure looked like he was having fun. What a goon!

Hudson had alot of fun in Ellensburg with Daddy at the foundry. We had to leave when it got smokey, but overall, Hudson enjoyed all the man talk and molten metal... 

somehow Hudson got a big scratch on his cheek last week. Makes me so sad. I hope it was of his own doing, and that I didn't accidently scratch him late at night when I was feeding him and didn't notice... Poor little tyke. It's almost gone now, so don't anybody worry!
