Story From Grandma when I was at work:

Grandma and Grandpa Moore took Hudson out to run errands around town and stopped to get gas at a gas station. Hudson wanted to watch Grandpa pump gas, but couldn't turn around because his seat belt on his booster seat was too snug.

"Grandma, how do I unclip my shoulder strap?"

Grandma loosened the strap a bit and told him that he was too young to know how to unclip it by himself.

"Well," he said suddenly very serious, "When I grow up and marry Britton and I have to put her kids in their car seats I will need to know that."

"Well," said grandma, "when that happens we'll make sure you know."

As I said before, I have not been feeding him lines about marrying Britton- it's all his own idea. And apparently, he thinks about it quite often... (Sigh)

Ha, so cute! It reminds me of a story my MIL tells about my husband, Dallas when he was like 10 or so.
Dallas: Mom, is Santa real or not?
Mom: Of course he is real!
Dallas: You have to tell me the truth because when I grow up and have kids, I am going to feel really stupid if they wake up on Christmas morning and there aren't any presents.

Ah. That was the sweetest, funniest story. He has very good reasoning, although Britton is completely unaware of his intentions. We'll have to see how that goes when they get a bit older. Do you think he'll try long distance courting? And I'm thinking in the old fashioned style...
